Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high order volumes.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable: opened makeup, skincare, and beauty tools that have been used.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@prettyandpolished.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
